Product Condition

Returned cylinders must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. No partial, used, or altered items can be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will assist you with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds & Processing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective or incorrect products.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of refrigerant cylinders within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging. Products that have been opened, partially used, or not in original condition cannot be accepted due to safety regulations.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@bluecylinder.shop within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.
  3. We will send you return instructions and, if approved, a return authorization number.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned cylinders must be in original, factory-sealed packaging, with all labels intact.
  • No partial, opened, or used cylinders can be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the packaging and product label. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any cylinder that has been opened, used, or not in its original, sealed packaging.
  • Special orders or custom-labeled products.
  • Products returned after the 30-day window.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product).

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can be cancelled or modified as long as they have not shipped. After an order is marked as "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled.
