Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, and select business ACH payments for large/bulk orders.
Do I need to register or create an account to order?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, and request returns faster.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order size, but bulk and wholesale discounts apply to larger orders. Contact us for custom quotes!
How do I edit or cancel an order?
You can request changes or cancellation until your order status is “Shipped.” After that, we cannot intercept shipments due to HazMat compliance.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and never store your full payment info on our servers. Please see our Privacy Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. No PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories due to HazMat regulations.
How fast will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same business day. Bulk, custom, or high-value orders may need extra verification.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we can arrange expedited UPS Ground HazMat shipping for an extra fee. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By federal law, all HazMat refrigerant shipments require an adult (18+) signature at delivery.
How do I track my order?
You will get an email with a live UPS tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also track via “My Account → Orders”.
Product & Safety Info
Are your refrigerants genuine and compliant?
Yes! We only sell 100% virgin (non-recycled) refrigerants in DOT-39 certified cylinders. Each cylinder is leak-tested and meets all EPA, ISO, and AHRI-700 standards.
What documents do you provide with orders?
All shipments include a packing slip and SDS (Safety Data Sheet) for your records. EPA certificates or resale certificates may be required for certain products.
Are your cylinders refillable?
No, DOT-39 cylinders are single-use only and must never be refilled. Please recycle empty cylinders according to local regulations.
Can I return an opened or used cylinder?
For safety and compliance, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused cylinders in original packaging.
Returns & Problems
How do I start a return?
Please email support@bluecylinder.shop with your order number, photos if applicable, and reason for return within 30 days.
My order arrived damaged or leaking. What should I do?
Take clear photos of the box, valve, and label. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging—UPS may require inspection for claims.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us within 48 hours. We will work with UPS to investigate and resolve the issue.
Legal, Compliance & Other
Do I need a license or certification to purchase refrigerants?
For most products, yes. We comply with all EPA Section 608 requirements. Please upload or email your EPA or reseller certificate before checkout, if required.
Can I buy from outside the US?
Currently, due to HazMat shipping laws, we do not ship internationally. We are exploring options for the future.
